Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mae33 platform, including the website at mae33.net, the mobile app, and all related services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user ("Member") and mae33 as the platform operator.

By accessing or using any part of the mae33 platform — including simply browsing our website — you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and all related policies, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are advised not to use the mae33 platform. Continued use of our platform following any changes to these Terms will be considered acceptance of those changes.

Member Eligibility

To register and use the mae33 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

  • Age 18 years and above or have reached the minimum age required for online gambling in your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher.
  • Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • Not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is illegal or strictly prohibited.
  • Not currently enrolled in a self-exclusion programme or banned from any online gambling platform.
  • Registering for personal use only and not on behalf of any third party.
Warning: mae33 enforces strict age verification. Any attempt to register by an individual under the age of 18 will result in immediate account closure and freezing of all associated funds.

Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) mae33 account only. Ownership of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances and bonuses.

During the registration process, you are required to:

  • Providing true, accurate, and up-to-date personal information including your full name, date of birth, and active mobile number.
  • Setting a strong and unique password for your account — mae33 recommends using a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
  • Submitting identity verification documents (KYC) when requested, including a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or passport.
  • Ensuring that the registered phone number and email address are personally yours and accessible for verification purposes.

Mae33 reserves the right to reject registration applications or close any account that does not comply with the above conditions, or that is suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity, without being required to provide detailed reasons.

Deposits and Payments

All deposits into your mae33 account must be made using a valid payment method recognised by the platform. The minimum deposit is RM 30 for most payment methods, unless otherwise stated on the deposit page.

  • Deposits via FPX, DuitNow, and local bank transfers are typically processed within 1–5 minutes.
  • Deposits via e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet are processed almost instantly.
  • Deposits via cryptocurrency such as USDT are processed after the required blockchain network confirmation.
  • Mae33 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your financial institution may impose its own charges.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. mae33 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit suspected to originate from an illegal source will be frozen pending investigation.

Fund Withdrawal

Mae33 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for primary payment methods. The minimum withdrawal limit is RM 50 per single transaction.

Withdrawal conditions that all members must comply with:

  • Identity verification (KYC) must be fully completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
  • Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method or under the same name as the original deposit method.
  • Any bonus received is subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
  • Mae33 reserves the right to request additional documents for verification purposes before approving any withdrawal that exceeds a specified limit.
  • Approved withdrawals will be credited to the recipient's account within a timeframe that depends on the selected payment method.

Daily and monthly withdrawal limits are set according to membership tier. VIP members enjoy higher withdrawal limits compared to standard members. Please refer to the VIP for full details on withdrawal limit benefits by tier.

Bonuses and Promotions

Mae33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time for new and existing members. Each bonus and promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions stated on the relevant promotions page, and those terms form part of these Terms.

General rules that apply to all mae33 bonuses and promotions:

  • Wagering requirement: Each bonus has wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The wagering rate is clearly stated on each promotion.
  • Validity period: All bonuses have a limited validity period. Bonuses not used within the specified period will expire automatically.
  • One bonus at a time: Members may not stack more than one bonus simultaneously unless otherwise stated.
  • Bonus abuse is prohibited: Any attempt to manipulate the bonus system through multiple accounts, opposing bets, or other methods deemed fraudulent will result in bonus cancellation and account closure.
  • mae33's decision is final: In any dispute relating to bonuses, mae33's decision is final and binding.

Game Rules

All games offered on the mae33 platform must be played in accordance with their respective game rules. Any attempt to modify, hack, or exploit technical vulnerabilities in any game is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action, including account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

  • All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) verified by independent third-party auditors to ensure fairness and transparency in every game outcome.
  • Completed game results are final. No disputes will be entertained regarding game outcomes that have been validly recorded in the mae33 system.
  • In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, mae33 reserves the right to void the round and return the wagered amount to the member's account.
  • The use of automation software, bots, or any tools that automate gameplay actions is strictly prohibited.

Member Conduct

Mae33 expects all members to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly while using our platform. The following behaviour is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action up to and including account closure:

  • Communicating in a rude, threatening, or abusive manner toward mae33 staff or other members through any platform communication channel.
  • Sharing your account login credentials with others or allowing third parties to use your account.
  • Engaging in any activity that may constitute fraud, money laundering, or financing of illegal activities through the mae33 platform.
  • Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location in order to bypass geographical restrictions set by mae33.
  • Spreading false or misleading information about mae33 to other users or the general public.

Account Closure

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the mae33 customer support team. All valid fund balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures once all security checks have been completed.

Mae33 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

  • Confirmation that a member has provided false or misleading registration information.
  • Confirmed or strong suspicion that an account is involved in fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
  • Failure to submit the required KYC documents within the stipulated timeframe.
  • Violation of any provision under these Terms.
  • Complying with instructions from competent authorities or applicable legal requirements.

Liability Limits

Mae33 is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by members arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses from gaming activity, technical disruptions beyond our control, or unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from the member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

Online gaming involves financial risk. Mae33 does not guarantee wins and is not responsible for any debts incurred by members as a result of gaming activity on our platform. Please play responsibly.

Terms Amendment

Mae33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at our discretion. Members will be notified of any material changes via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless the changes are required immediately for security or legal reasons.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest version. Continued use of the mae33 platform after any changes take effect will be considered your acceptance of the amended terms.
